Job purpose:

Works as part of a team that will design, implement, and monitor reliable, durable, and cost-effective solutions for all IT-related needs. This position requires excellent technical, customer service, and organizational skills to support the IT needs of the branch, support team, and other personnel throughout HSA branches. It also requires the ability to function successfully in both team and independent work environments

Responsibilities :

Configure and set up various network devices and services (Routers, Switches, WAN, Wireless)

Manage the VOIP system, including call manager, telephones, and Jabber

Manage Firewalls and network security

Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Maintain and verify backup for all network systems.

Work closely with the fellow IT team members to provide end-user support and issue resolution

Interface with vendors for troubleshooting issues & maintenance of all WAN links

Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information

provide network performance statistics and reports

Any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty

All the Above tasks will be done across all Yemeni companies in HSA Group

Job specifications :

Education: Specialized Univ. Degree

Min. years of experience: Desired candidate should have 0-2 years of experience

Competence Level: Fully Operational
